For 21 years, Abby worked for Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality and real estate industries. During her tenure, she led multi-million-dollar marketing and project management campaigns. While working at Disney, Abby learned the importance of upholding your personal brand, and providing superb customer service (a.k.a. VIP / “white glove” treatment) which yields customer loyalty. Later, working for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, she came to understand the analysis behind the different audiences within the timeshare industry and nurturing of client relationships. Given her great customer service, in-depth analytical skills, and marketing finesse, some of her colleagues encouraged her to make the transition into residential real estate sales.
